Welcome to our cozy coastal retreat in York, Maine, a charming second-floor apartment tucked on a quiet road near the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, perfect for couples or small families craving a peaceful Seacoast escape with easy access to beaches, trails, and coastal towns.

This 1-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 comfortably: a king bed in the main bedroom, and a new couch in the living room that converts to a queen. The full kitchen comes stocked with everything you need, dishwasher, stove, fridge, and more, so cooking at home is easy. Step out to your own private deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine, with a second deck below featuring a grill and lounge seating. Down in the yard, you'll find a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and plenty of room for games. In-unit washer and dryer round things out for longer stays.

Tucked on a quiet road right by the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, with a trailhead just steps from your door, you're minutes from everything the Seacoast has to offer: Long Sands and Short Sands beaches are just 10 minutes away, Ogunquit and Portsmouth are 15 minutes out for shopping, dining, and seasonal events, and Kennebunkport is a scenic 25-minute drive.
